This agreement is governed by the Laws of Singapore and you shall hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Courts in Singapore should there be any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of ORM website – www.ormgt.com.sg.

A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.

9. License and Copyright

You agree not to adapt, exploit, modify, trade or use for any commercial or other purposes of any portion of the information that is made available on the Site, App and Services.

Except, to the extent permitted, with the prior written consent of ORM or unless expressly permitted in these Terms of Use.

You may not decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App or any Content listed in the website, except under the specific circumstances expressly permitted by law or ORM in writing.

You may not hack into, interfere with, disrupt, disable, over-burden or otherwise impair the proper working of the Site, App and our servers, which shall include but is not limited to denial-of-service attacks, spoof attacks, session hacking, sniffing, tampering, spamming and reprogramming.

All the contents listed in the ORM website – www.ormgt.com.sg are copyrighted of ORM and/or its suppliers and software providers. ORM reserves and retains all rights in the Site, App and Content.
